Focus on fruits. 
Eat 1 1/2 cups every day.
milk (dairy)
- food group that helps to build strong bones and healthy teeth
Ex-->milk, cheese
Get your calcium-rich foods. 
Get 3 cups every day.
meats and beans (protein)
- help build strong, healthy body
Ex-->meat, fish, beans, nuts, eggs
Go lean with protein. 
Eat 5 ounces every day.
oils
- Oils are not a food group, get oil from fish, nuts and liquid oils (corn, canola, soybean).
*Find your balance between food and fun.
